At the helm of its constantly busy kitchen is highly acclaimed chef Will Meyrick, who produces dishes that cleverly honor traditional recipes while incorporating his acclaimed signature ‘twist’ : A touch of his own heritage or homage to the Indonesian cuisine he truly loves.
